Smart Targeting

I just sat through a 30 minute presentation from a company called Smart Targeting.  They use high-end analytics to measure the Seller's in your farm who are more likely to become Seller's supposedly focussing your farm down to the top 20% of Seller's rather than blasting information to the entire farm.  Has anyone heard of this company and/or used it and what kind of success did you have?
