Hi Barry:

The best advice I can give you is to attend one of the Default Servicing conferences. Check the "Events" tab for more information on those.

You might want to also join the Title and Escrow group here on REOPro and pose this question to that group, you might have a better chance of getting a suggestion you can work with.
