I was just called by someone from this company. They are stating if I pay them 295.00 I will have 3 training sessions and I will get all the buyer leads from HUD in my area. 195/month after if I want to continue to get the leads.
They state they attract local buyers
They connect the buyers with an exclusive agent.
I will be able to do BPO's and if they are done well I will start getting listings within 3 weeks.
Has anyone been contacted with this?

My partner will be listing a home soon that is an REO - the bank has not established a price yet - BPO has not been done. The previous owner is doing C4K - But USHUD.com has a list price on it when I do a google address search. How can they have a price for a property not listed at this time? Not vacant not appraised or valued except perhaps a drive by! -this would be a poor lead at best! Save your money and do some farming on your own.
I have subscribed to this service for years now and get plenty of leads. When you get on that appears to be a real bonified buyer, pick up the phone and talk to them.. Just this year I did that, the client wanted to see a home immediately in a city 45 minutes from me. I called a CRS Agent in that neghborhood, she showed the property, they bought something 3x the price that they were looking for.. Nice Referral.. you just ever know who your buyer is.

USHUD is just an internet marketer looking to take your $$$. If i was you I would think twice before executing any business arrangement with them. I get calls all time at lease 2 times a month from them asking me to sign up. I have spoken several times with their representatives. They are selling Un-scrub leads Un-season agent's. Buyer beware! My advise to you is tell them what I always to them. Give me the lead with a written agreement You pay the company a referral fee at time of closing. Your referral fee would be strictly between you, your broker and them.

I am with Johnny on this one. I get these scams all the time. I tell them I will only sign onto a system where I pay a fee at CLOSING! End discussion. Now, how in Gods Name do they have leads from HUD? Listings??? From where? What a crock.
The leads are junk and as Jesse said ask to pay them after the deal closes. I purchase the service before and got lots of leads looking for REO listing at give away prices. Good Luck

All USHUD.com is a free listing search engine. In other words, they bought access to millions and millions of listings, put them on a nice little website and capture lead contact information as people use their system to find properties. It's nothing new, everyone is doing this. From Zillow to RealtyTrac, it's been over played.
As for a money back guarantee or better yet, ask to pay them on performance. In other words, ask them they will take their payment out of your first commission check..........I venture to say, that isn't something they can do.
