Thanks Mark for taking time to respond back. Yes I have applied on firstpreston. Its been about 2-3 weeks now, have not heard back yet. How long does it take for them to respond back? Will it help if i called them? I hope they have provided some contact info on their website. Do advise/guide me on this if you dont mind.

I always thought firstpreston was a HUD website and I filled out all the info on their bidselect form and advertised for $100.

Anyways, I have advertised on REO trans and I pay each month for the zip codes, not had a single BPO so far in abt 2 mnths.
I did speak with Dan and yes he was very helpful.
I have not applied to any cos. frankly because I dont even know what cos. exist and whom to apply. I do not have any list or contacts. I thought if I took the NFSTI or NABPOP training they will provide me with a list of cos.

How have things worked out with REOTRANS, i have been doing a lot of bpos for different companies with no listing prospects, only to see another agent mis- service the listing later and would like to penetrate the listing side in the phoenix area. Ant Idea's with who to sign -up with.
