Hi, just like most you do free BPO's and hope it goes from there. matt.garner@flagstar.com works sort of like an asset manager in Arizona. The REO's come out of headquarters in Michigan. Hope that helps.
In the top right of the cock pit page, you see your name where it says, "welcome Miguel"...click your name. On the next page, look to the lower right, see "Edit", click it. Then look down middle left on the next pop up screen and see where it says, "Membership" click REOPro and then hit save.
As per DS NEWS: Despite the industry’s unprecedented efforts to keep people in their homes, there are more borrowers behind on their mortgage payments than there have been in 37 years. So where are the REO's? When can we expect the new wave?
It came across to me as 8kb so, you will need to use a compression software and resize it. I use my MLS Compression software because, it's free to me but, you can google "Photo Resizer" and something should come up that you can use for free. I believe you need to get it down to 5kb or less.

I have been with Titanium Solutions which I think is a great company with a great mission. I was wondering because after doing about 27 assignments over the past year I have yet to get one listing. Even following up still none have gone forward to sell their homes. What kind of success have you had thus far? Richard Lawler rdlawler@netzero.net
