"No" is the very powerful short word I will use to any OWCEN person who calls me with a short sale. I think I will leave off the ",thank you." Thanks for your outrage.

Ok. I hear everyones concerns. This is what I would like to know... with social networking and blogging having the ability to reach gabillions of people and other agents with our concerns, why is it that we as agents and brokers do not create an area where we can petion and fight what is wrong, We can place a form to sign in a forum to send to congress and our so called lobbyist about our recorded issues.

Listen... the outsourcing to other coutries will continue and unless we do something about it we have got to stop supporting these places that do this, The unemployment rate is a lot higher than what is being reported people are just faling off the radar when they no longer receive unemployment, but they still have no jobs. We need to support one another or this entire country will fail due to American Greed!

The banks need to realize that the agents are providing a service and most do a lot of work to get paid, especially in these times. How does an economy thrive? people provide a service or product others buy and we all eat, things are so cut throat right now many Americans are trying to find a way to move to another country, when the Good Ole USA was originally the place where everyone wanted to be. Now we are seriously seeing the American dream dissolve right in front of our eyes.

I say take a stand and do something!

I was the exclusive listing broker in my area for several years. After numerous problems with asset managers, the wonderful phone help in India that have such a good grasp of the English language and the lack of professionalism from the higher ups in OCWEN I quit working with them completely just like Mike E below says.

The time and energy I’ve saved not working with OCWEN has allowed me to dedicate my efforts to "Real REO & Short Sale business that has proven much more fruitful than working with them. I have no regrets and will not look back.

Terrrible. The realtor is the good guys here. Crazy, crazy, crazy...seriously was anyone @ OCWEM alive and thinking?

We are just feeding the "bank procedure machine" if we like it or not in a Short Sale.

OK Short Sale guys...great video...but time to invent magic dust because I need some too. Looking forward to a update video.

I've done BPOs for OCWEN and no they have not asked me for my SS# or DL#. In regards the the jibber jabber, the video is almost 10 minutes long and could be a lot shorter if they would have gotten to the jist of the horror story sooner. It was hard for me to sit there and watch it for that long without them getting to the point of the story sooner. I just don't have the time or patience, which is why I'm not a TV watcher either.

Litton Loan is playing games as well: When Litton approved one of my short sales they stamped their own closing date on the approval letter and wouldn't change it. We requested 45 days to close from the time of written approval in the offer. They gave us 30 days from when they sent their approval letter.

BUT and I mean big BUT

The Litton Loan approval letter had two paragraphs about fees they wanted to charge if the closing was delayed. Litton wouldn't disclose the fees or remove the paragraphs from the approval letter. No Seller or Buyer is going to agree to pay any fees that are not disclosed. Becasue of this issue we had to request a new closing date. Litton would only give us an additional 3 days , but would not change the date on the approval letter. They would not change anyting on the approval letter once it was issued.

I would like to know what Ocwen letter said about fees that they wanted to charge if the closing got extended. It may be a trend these companies are using to get more money.

Needless to say the buyer backed out and I don't blame them. Buying a foreclosure is no piece of cake either.

Gubernick? Lol. I just wish he would have gotten to the point a little sooner in the video. I'm not good with listening to jibber jabber.

None of the Banks help the home owner in short sales. I have one with Aurora Loans that we cannot go forward
we had to file bk to stop the sale, we have and offer, their policy is that the offer has to be submitted within seven day of the sale date.
