My team has been working with FannieMae through outsourcers for a year now. We have our application in with Fannie Mae direct in Florida. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions on how to get in direct?

I am just a one man Real Estate Company/Broker with REO Experience, I'm in the Tampa area, I am not a minority nor am I disadvantaged....that I know about:). A few weeks ago I filled out another full application on the Fannie Mae direct website, then last week I got an email from Fannie Mae direct, saying that I am all set up with their SAP E-Sourcing software platform. Does that mean that it could be 15 years, if ever, before they actually assign me REO Listings?

I noticed you posted this back in February and I'm currently in the same situation you were back then. What outcome did you get fromFannie Mae?
There are no tips, it takes an act of GOD.. LOL I know Fannie Brokers direct, that have had accounts for 15 plus years. If you have a DBE cert or MBE that might help as I belive those certs put you in a differnt catagory. Im waiting for my site inspection to get my Firm its DBE cert with the hopes it will help with Fannie Direct. if not it will surely help with other cleints we currently have on board..
