This is a premier membership group that has a limited membership and monthly dues. They have a conference every year in Colorado and the members can sit and eat, drink and talk with the asset managers. I have been a member for 8 years. From what I understand, the waiting list is approximately 2 years. Great group. There is also an offshoot called NIREB which is for members only that advertise in the DS News every month.
