ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANIES FOR FANNIE MAE

Hello all! I was hoping some of the agents out there could help me with some information. I am a broker for Fannie Mae through an asset management company and I am seeing commissions shrink slowly but surely as well as service slipping and more and more "extra" unpaid work being loaded onto us as the brokers. Question.... Are the brokers out there who work for Fannie Mae through asset companies seeing lowered commissions and growing "not reimburseable" workloads? Also, does anyone know if Fannie Mae pays their DIRECT brokers 3%, 2.5% or 2%? Any feedback would be appreciated, Thanks!
