Does anyone know, or have any experience with how beneficial it is to have a DUNS number? I'm seeing it on some of my applications- including Fannie Mae, and I'm not sure if it's that big of a deal or not to have one?

Hi Allison, Yes you will need it to apply for HUD work, Fannie or Freddie. The owner of the company needs to apply.
