Most of my assets are on RESNET. I upgraded about a year ago and immediately recieved assets from USRES and LRES. Suntrust, CitiMortgage and Olympus Asset also uses them.
We have done a lot off the ResNet Platform in the past. However it seems that 4 out of the 5 largest lenders use Equator and that is where we have focused our efforts.
I've pd for res.net for about 5 yrs.....worked w/ 1-2 asset managers on 2-3 listings.....then no more......that's my extent of it.......when a market is slow...then so are they....res.net is merely a platform for several lenders.
I have received a bpo or 2 here and there based on have a professional res.net account. Similar to you, I have not received any REO assignments because of the upgrade. However, I believe having the platform is only part of the battle. You should try to find which lenders & AMPs use RES.NET as their platform of choice. Sign up with as many of those companies as you can. Take it a step further and try to reach out to a few AMs after registering and see if you can win them over and get a deal or 2. Good luck!
