It looks like Equator has started to discount their certification programs. I'm wondering If anyone that has been certified actually received additional listings because of their certification... It would be great to hear from you who are certified!

After trying to get on with BofA for 3 years, I was approved 2 weeks ago and since then received 7 listings. Not sure what is was...maybe just persistence? Definitely non a repeatable process!
