Well, I really do not know. I do alot of bpos for Chase thru IAS. I did a exterior bpo for IAS and then later they wanted me to do a interior bpo but the property was not rekeyed. Three months later, NREOB(Nationwide REO Broker) said they liked my application on their website and wanted me to list properties for them in the future. I listed that same property. Well at the same time NREOB lost their contract to Chase and all of the properties were going to REOWORLD. I could not sell the property in the 3 months, but NREOB asked Chase to let me continue to list the property. The main 4 outsourcers(REOWORLD, ServiceLink, LSI and NRT Coldwell Banker) they are hard to get in. REOWORLD was going let me list the properties for 30 days and tell me to move on, but GOD was on my side and they said Chase wanted me be signed up.
Either it was the bpos for Chase or transfering of the property. Every property I have listed with them I have done bpos on the property previously.
