  my REO business has really slowed down over last 6 weeks with ZERO listings..........all 4 of my REO listings are in Escrow, but nothing new coming in ..........have you heard when things might pick back up?

  With Raul Pinyeiro at Sell State Cacophony, I think he just pucrchased into the franchise. I really dont practice to much real estate its mostly preservation and rehab work for me here.

  Good Morning Michael, Our Main Office is located in Miami Lakes. We have over 50 licensed and insured contractors throughout the State that work with us. We are busy but looking for more work. We have a lot of Fannie Mae work going on right now. I also see that a few people here are with SellState, I actually have my license with them as well.   Yes , I will be activating my license there in lee county.I was in real estate there for 10 yrs.I was with Sellstate I owned my own agency.
